Good to know.  As other members register and start posting, I'll have to do the same thing with their profiles then.

Other "bug" -- apparently the email notifications from the forums are being blocked because they are attempting to relay through the seeleyhome relay as an address that doesn't exist or something like that.  Not entirely certain the exact problem, but the event viewer shows failures anytime a notification from the forum tries to go out.

I've noticed the exact same behavior on my forums so I think it is something to do with how relays from the GoDaddy stuff work -- worth looking into.

My site is also on a GoDaddy server.  The difference is probably that my forums use an php mail function, as opposed to SMTP mail (which it can and has settings to do so, but I am happy with the simple php mail).

All of my forum experience is with two php based forum programs.  The first was PHBB in May of 2006.  I upgraded to vBulletin in February of 2007.  For my purposes it was very much what I wanted in a forum.

In the end, PHP and .NET all end up using the same stuff for emails.  I saw several posts here and there with the same problem and it likely is just a misconfiguration on our part.

I received an e-mail "Game Night SMTP Configuration Test" in my box. So it can apparently relay to me :)
