At my wife's doctor appointment this morning, we were saddened to learn that the baby had died sometime in the last few weeks. I'm going to take that time and spend it with my wife. She needs me more than you guys do. We'll play next on the 20th.

I confirmed with Jeremy that he meant the 19th and not the 20th, since the 20th is a Saturday.

Definitely very sorry to hear that, been there and done that. . . not very fun at all. We wish you guys the best!

Having said that, would anyone be interested in playing in a one-nighter? I'm not sure if Sean is ready, but he mentioned that he had a "Star Wars" one-nighter that he's been wanting to run. If not, I would be happy to run another one-nighter if people are still interested in playing.

Please post and let us know if you do or don't want to game this Friday.

While I'm generally not interested in "one-nighters" I think a Star Wars one would be fun. I've been tossing the idea around for the past 3 years of offering to run a Star Wars campaign again... I just have a hard time committing 100% because things come up all the time for me (as you have all seen).

I may not be available for a one-nighter, however, because the kids have all been ultra-evil this week and I know Heather will need a break. We'll see.

If I did attend a one-nighter I'd want my character pre-generated for me so I wouldn't have to worry about it.
