Sadly, I don't have any choice on my week I can play. I work a 7 days on 7 day off shift, which as it turn out has me working almost all holidays. I would really like to get back into gaming, really been missing it. I don't want to make the group have to bend over to make it work for me, so, please only do it when it works out for the group as a whole. I've been thinking about the character I want to play, have some refinement, but should be fun.

While I did say I didn't think there would be a problem with that there is always room for mistakes. I hadn't realized that Heather's scrapbooking nights coincided with our "off" weeks (just didn't even think about it, really).

I just had her let me know the dates for the next couple months and they are March 12 and April 9, both of which fall into the proposed new schedule and the continuation into subsequent months is the same.

While I could offer to bring the girls with me and make sure they go to sleep around 8-8:30 we still have the boy to worry about. He is not bottle-fed so Heather would have to take him with her which would then prevent her from enjoying her "night-off".

I'll try to work something out with her but so far it sounds like it'd be a conflict for me.

Like Brady, I'd rather not be the sole and primary cause for problems. If it works for everybody EXCEPT me, so be it... I could just game 1-2 times per month depending on how many nights fall in the month and just miss the first session of the month.

*EDIT: On that note I'll be unavailable on April 9th anyway because I'm going out of town for vacation and the DevConnections conference*

I'm currently planning on going to a mission reunion on April 2 (first one my president has had since '96). So, that means we'll either need to switch weeks or cancel. It's likely not going to run very late, but it's in Salt Lake, so even if I'm out of there by 8pm, it'd still take at least an hour to get back home.

Actually, I don't think Denise is going, so I can ask her if she's cool with everyone coming gaming, and I'll be there when I can. :)

I'm cool with switching nights and would love to have Brady join us again if/when Jon is able to work out his schedule issues.

If everything works itself out within the next couple of weeks, I wouldn't be opposed to playing a one-nighter on the 19th and then resuming normal gaming sessions on the 26th of this month.
