Jeremy is feeling a bit overwhelmed with everything he has going on. We've talked, and what started out as "I will GM a one-nighter on 6/18" has changed to "I'll plan on GMing for at least the rest of the summer."
That being said, I have a campaign going and I had the one-nighter party that everyone really enjoyed their character from that. Does anyone have a preference to which set of characters they want to play? I can advance the time enough that it might be possible for some of your characters from the one-nighter to be recognized as adventurer, and moved into the same house with the others, if you would like to continue the original campaign with the new characters. I am also fine abandoning the original campaign and moving forward with the one-nighters or even start a new campaign from scratch.
You guys tell me what you want to do. If there can be a reasonable consensus by this Friday (so that I can prepare over the weekend) that would be ideal.
Thanks!
Jason

I would prefer to start from scratch. That way we get a fresh start on a story line. Plus anyone who would like to make a new character may do so and anyone who would like to use one of their previous two characters may do so as well.

If we start a campaign completely from scratch, I'm more than a little tempted to move to the Pathfinder world. There's a lot of campaign material available for their world, and it fits well together. I've been fairly stuck on the existing campaign world as far as telling the story that I wanted to tell, and players have changed around enough that the only one that would get the 'whole' story would be Jeremy anyways.
As far as characters go, I'm fine with taking a liberal hand with character creation, similar to last time, allowing imbuements, powers, etc. If we continue with the current campaign, I'll bump all characters up to the same point value as the other characters. If we decide on a new campaign, let's start w/ 115 point characters.

I'm ok changing settings, but I don't think I'd want to port Neo. If we stay in the same setting, I'd like to see if there is a way to play Neo, but I'd be just as happy playing a different character. I guess what I'm saying is that I'll happily go along with whatever the group would like to do. I don't know anything about this Pathfinder, but a quick search on wikipedia (the source of all truth and knowledge) led me to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pathfinder_Roleplaying_Game which appears to be a system as well as a setting. Is there any good material out there that might get me "up to speed" on what this setting is about?

While I'd rather not have to come up with a new character again I'd be willing to do so. I put a bit of time and effort into my character though so I'd prefer to be able to play him. All in all, I'm ok with whatever the masses decide.
