I just discovered an absolutely awesome feature of Hero Lab.  It allows you to pull characters into the same portfolio, and then select which ones are involved in a combat (the Tactical Console feature). It allows you to set initiative rolls, and then sort them by initiative rolls. this is ... AWESOME!  It's the feature I've been wishing was in the iPad app I've been using to manage turn order.

Please e-mail me your character's portfolio file prior to gaming.  I don't need it up-to-date except maybe when you level, but it'd be nice to at least get everyone's initial character in there.
