John "Griff" Griffin, human, ex- grifter, thug, convict & soldier.  More of a "killer" than a "fighter".  No magic other than a few high-mana world tricks he's picked up.

Also, since people are building more than average backgrounds with over-the-top rich content for me to use later, I will be giving more than average background points to those that write backgrounds that introduce more than average usual usable / recurring NPCs, beliefs, places, etc.

I haven't settled on a final idea *yet* but here are a couple I've been toying with:

Elven "Ranger"/Sword-master: Using imbuements (magical or divine); will be equally versed in the bow (with imbuements) as well as melee (considering dual-wield blades with imbuements).

Dwarven Battlemaster: Axe-thrower/Heavy Melee fighter with divine or magical imbuements.

Orcish Warrior: Basically same concept as dwarf

Human Variant: (one of the above, just as a human instead)

General concept for the character is that he is away from his community hunting a fugitive down or sent on a sort of "walk-about"/intelligence gathering mission.  Especially since we have magic nullifying character in the party I'd rather my imbuements be divine in nature.  This will be an expensive character to play so he'll likely suck at first but then develop into something cool.
