Much sadness but I totally understand. Just take care of the things you need to and don't worry about gaming (I've been in a similar boat so I know how hard it is to focus on anything other than the medical hud).

Below is the setting for my one-night campaign. Again, let me know if you are planning on playing and if you have any requests for your character.

Every spring, the Pantee tribe holds an annual ritual for all of the boys and girls in the tribe who are coming of age. Any who wish to become an adult may accept the quest for adulthood which is assigned them by the tribe’s Elders. Upon their successful return, there is a week-long celebration commemorating their journey to adulthood. If, however, they should fail, there is a period of mourning, for they have lost their only chance at becoming adults and are now condemned to a life of servitude.

After speaking with Jason it is sounding more and more like he's just not in a place where he can have fun running a campaign right now. I'm preparing to start a new campaign on the 16th. I plan to pick up about a year after the last party stopped adventuring and start over with new characters (get everyone back on even footing). I'll post more details soon.

Unless, of course, someone else wants to run?
