You forgot to mention the silver plated doors, the weapons in the armoury, and the pay we got from Galstaff. The only thing I remember about the armoury is there were broadswords, bows, quivers, short swords, daggers, 20 spears (3 using cold iron), and miraculously a longsword. Galstaff said he'd pay us 100 GP for the job and I presume he actually did.

  • Mithril shirt -- unless what Sean said is true about Cauldron; that the steel there is better anyway, in which case I'd like to commission a suit and enchant it slightly.

Nobody else has spoken up.  We do need to address splits, however.  If nobody asks for it (but I'm assuming Crash will), Elric would also really like the broadsword.

I'd like to get the "robes" that we got off the temple boss. I intend to get them redecorated in a more appropriate attire for a volcanist. What people don't want, I vote we sell of and add to the pot.

I think we need to keep some funds as company funds for emergencies and mission objectives (stuff people shouldn't have to pay for out of their own pockets). I vote we divide the rest equally.

Here's a list of what I think we should do with each of the categories:

  • Split up the company funds across all the players and keep the remainder in the pool. We may want to set some aside for company expenses but I'm not certain what that actually means.
  • Sell all the items in the jewelry and other precious category.
  • Unless the mages have plans for them, I think we should sell all the potential powerstones (although I'd like to figure out if the necklace with the beads is magical first).
  • As for the enchanted gear, I think we should identify the ring, keep the bag for the company, and sell everything else (unless it gets vouched for).
  • Keep all the alchemy stuff.
  • Sell the noteworthy gear (determine if the breastplate is enchanted first) and regular gear.
  • Do those keys still have value (use, plot, or otherwise)? If not, lets get them off the list.
  • Finally, there's the requested items. Do we want to have characters "buy" them from the company? I personally don't care to worry about that but I'm not sure if anyone else wants to do that to keep things fair.

Edit: Fixed quantity of small shields and added silver plated doors.

As GM, I'm not going to tell you how to do treasure divvying, but I think that there will be plenty of magic items (and if you want to suggest a particular item you want to find, make sure you mention it to me if I'm overlooking your special weapon, armor, etc.)  In the past, it's worked great on an "I need it" basis, and just selling whatever is left over.

You now have a house to keep, though... the extra weapons and armor you collect could be used to outfit guards to guard your home while you're away on adventures, especially if you end up having merchants set up shop in your courtyard and / or first floor.  I know that Skie would be interested for sure, although it would be inconvenient to move all her traps and wards to a new location.  But she would love to be around the excitement of adventurers again - without the personal risk.  (And yes, Skie was the healer, and sucked... so her group died horrible deaths.)

I have intentionally given you good enchantable gems so that you could make some good powerstones - especially useful when you're not in Cauldron.  Even Rain can find them useful in that it will allow her to power a big spell (since she has to provide the energy up-front, and only recovers AFTER she has spent the energy).  For maintained spells, I thin that I need to make the houserule that mana isn't regained until the spell is complete, so that she can't have a bunch of buff spells going with relatively no opportunity cost.

Identifying some of the stuff:
The Gryphon armor will summon a gryphon mount, per the Create Mount spell.  It has an exclusive powerstone of 20ct (so 60 energy) embedded in the center of the chest.  You must wear the armor to be able to summon the mount.

The Clear potion is a potion of invisibility.
Red potions are typically chiron (in varying strengths)
The goblin alchemist potion is a Alchemist's Fire potion that he didn't get a chance to throw
The worg rider potion was a potion of DX (can't remember the name offhand)
The orphanage potion was a potion of ST (again can't remember name)
Necklace of red beads - roll 1d6 to determine size of a thrown fireball, pull the bead off and throw. Might have extra effect in Cauldron
