In talking about switching to Saturdays, I had forgotten why I had previously not wanted Saturday's.  Every month on the 2nd Saturday, we have a family get-together with Denise's side of the family.

So.. there are all sorts of other alternatives we can go with.  Here are a few:

• Continue playing on Fridays.
• Play every other Saturday except when gaming falls on the 2nd Saturday of the month.  When that happens, switch to Friday for that week (or alternatively just cancel that week).
• Play the 1st and 3rd Saturday.  When that doesn't work out for the given week, we just cancel.

Does anyone have any other ideas, suggestions, comments, or feelings on the issue?

I prefer gaming on Saturday so my vote goes for playing the 1st and 3rd Saturday. Playing on the 5th Saturday may be acceptable, too. Although that would cause some doubling up of gaming night and I'd prefer to avoid that.

So... I realized I'm not going to be around on June 19th, the scheduled date for Jason's first session. I already notified Jason, and he asked me to see how everyone felt about delaying the campaign two more weeks (July 3rd). I asked Jeremy and Ryan how they felt and they both seemed OK with delaying it. Jeremy asked me if that meant he'd be running another one-night campaign, and Ryan said he's fine with whatever, so long as someone runs on the 19th.

I'd like to be there for the first session, but I can miss it if people would prefer not to delay.
